As a part of our remote workforce, you will engage with a collaborative team of professionals comprising licensed therapists and administrative support staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings of patients to determine their mental health status, identifying specific needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services for patients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.

• Organize and lead therapy groups and workshops that focus on developing coping strategies, interpersonal skills, and other relevant topics that facilitate personal growth.

• Engage with other health care professionals and community organizations to create a holistic approach to patient care, sharing pertinent information and encouraging collaborative treatment.

• Participate actively in community outreach events and preventive campaigns aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues, promoting resources, and reducing stigma.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping practices in alignment with ethical and legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and up-to-date documentation of patient progress.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
