Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients’ unique mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques, to serve individuals, families, and groups.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing expert judgment and empathy to stabilize situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, cultural traditions, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
