Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs as well as create tailored, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families using various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals, fostering a team-oriented approach to ensure holistic care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in acute distress, drawing on your expertise to guide them through difficult situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational events aimed at raising mental health awareness and decreasing stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, consisting of individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your experience and credentials.
