Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, which will guide the development of comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to a range of populations including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and management, employing your expertise to navigate urgent situations while offering immediate support and strategies for coping with distress.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in a related field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation to maintain accurate client progress notes and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
