Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and forms to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the distinct clinical requirements of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individuals, families, and groups. You will employ diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. This collaboration may involve interdisciplinary meetings, shared treatment planning, and direct communication regarding client progress and adjustments in treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises. You will draw on your clinical expertise and compassion to stabilize situations and facilitate referrals to higher levels of care when necessary.

• Engage in community outreach efforts aimed at promoting mental health awareness and education. This may include hosting workshops, creating informational resources, and actively participating in local events to reduce stigma and increase community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
