Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, ultimately developing tailored treatment plans that address individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic approaches to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, applying your expertise to navigate emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
