Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients' mental health concerns to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients at Resilient Women's Health Hub include individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders is essential.

• Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients.
