Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and create individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy (IPT).

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, contributing insights and observations to inform comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Educate clients’ families about mental health issues, encouraging active participation in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates with a master's or doctoral degree will be given priority.
