Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and devise tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each client’s unique situation, preferences, and objectives.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring the integration of mental health services across treatment plans.

• Engage with clients’ families to provide education and support, promoting a collaborative approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to a range of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
