This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while serving a diverse client base. Our outpatient office operates from Monday to Saturday, offering care that works around our clients' needs. You will be supported by our efficient administrative team, who handle credentialing, insurance participation, and scheduling, enabling you to focus entirely on your clients’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Conscious Growths, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Performing initial consultations and triaging care based on assessments, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions are provided.
\n
• Providing ongoing therapy employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrating clinical social work/counseling strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engaging in meaningful communication with colleagues, sharing insights during team meetings, and collaborating on interdisciplinary care plans to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions according to departmental standards, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Managing case assignments and liaising with community resources and health professionals to coordinate holistic care for patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
