Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals.

• Utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Encourage and facilitate participation in community recovery support options, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management.

• Develop educational materials and lead discussion groups to enhance client understanding and coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with ethical standards and state licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals who are navigating challenges related to alcohol use, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. You will help clients seeking varying levels of moderation and abstinence, providing them with tools and support through their recovery journeys. Your understanding of harm-reduction models and ability to empathize with clients' unique situations will be crucial in fostering their growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Certification or training in therapeutic methodologies such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, or clinical management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience.
