Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic and professional individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat to clients, ensuring ethical practices and compassion in all interactions.

• Utilize solution-oriented treatment modalities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assist clients in identifying insights related to their experiences, emotions, and relationships while guiding them through the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse array of mental health concerns. Our focus is to empower clients by providing them with the necessary tools and skills to navigate their challenges and improve their mental health outcomes effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, full license to practice independently without supervision, specifically one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses and no pending disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

• Proficient computer literacy skills for effective use of our telehealth platform.

Preferred Experience\n
