You’ll have the opportunity for in-house credentialing, streamlined insurance management, and scheduling support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments across various client populations, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, addressing psychological, social, educational, and safety concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored clinical intervention strategies based on clients’ unique needs, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary teams regarding care plans, treatment progress, and individual sessions, ensuring aligned and coordinated patient care.

• Provide case management services that involve collaboration with hospital and community professionals, optimizing patient outcomes through comprehensive care coordination.

• Ensure ethical and timely documentation of patient interactions and assessments, adhering to the professional standards and policies of the organization.

The role predominantly involves outpatient therapy, catering to a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing emotional distress, mental health disorders, or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is required.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a flexible schedule, with a willingness to provide 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
