Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation from the initial consultation through the course of treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and dynamic group therapy interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse client populations.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, general practitioners, and social workers, to create cohesive and effective intervention strategies.

• Manage referrals and coordinate care for clients requiring additional services or hospitalization, ensuring timely follow-up for continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) within the state of Texas.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect meaningfully with clients and colleagues.

• Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
