This full-time position allows for remote flexibility, enabling you to help patients navigate complex medical and psychiatric needs through integrated care collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that balance psychiatric care and medical interventions, working closely with both patients and healthcare providers.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, all adjusted for the unique circumstances of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Strong understanding of integrated care practices, particularly for patients with co-occurring medical and mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
