Work Environment\n

As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home office while participating actively in our outpatient services. The collaborative, supportive culture encourages continuous communication and teamwork, ensuring that you have the resources and support needed to provide excellent care. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' specific needs and collaborate on the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and additional approaches aligned with client goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community connection and shared healing experiences among peers facing similar challenges.

• Work in coordination with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating swift response during mental health emergencies to stabilize and support clients in distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation to meet legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will encounter patients dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, necessitating adaptable therapeutic techniques and a deep understanding of cultural competence to effectively serve all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, current evidence-based treatment modalities, and best therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a varied clientele.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to professional boundaries and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other digital tools required for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n
