Work Environment\n

This remote position allows flexibility while utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients in need of mental health support. Our therapists work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs of our patient population. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments, understanding each patient's trauma history to tailor appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention services for patients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Inform patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, enhancing their understanding and management of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
