Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, enabling the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities adapted to meet the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and resources.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment plans and progress evaluations, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Texas.

• Have a minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
