Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, setting the foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the distinct needs of each client, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate positive change.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate assessment findings and treatment progress through detailed documentation and team meetings, ensuring a holistic approach to care, including patient rounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
