Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients, leveraging diagnostic tools and interview techniques.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting approaches based on unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Lead psychoeducational groups aimed at building skills and communities, addressing topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and healthy relationships.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to patient care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide necessary support during critical situations, including evaluating risks and creating safety plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
