As a remote community health clinic, Harmony Minds Therapy Center leverages cutting-edge technology to provide effective psychological services. Our flexible work setting enables our therapists to implement therapeutic strategies while maintaining the necessary work-life balance, with a structured work schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the majority of your work may occur during regular business hours, some schedule flexibility may be required to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your strategic interventions will be designed to facilitate healing and recovery. Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ unique backgrounds and trauma histories.

• Crafting and executing individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that focus on helping clients process their trauma and strategize coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary health staff to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during acute trauma-related situations, ensuring timely and effective responses.
\n
• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses, adaptive coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in case consultations and team meetings, while also engaging in continuous professional growth and trauma-informed care training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals grappling with the long-term effects of trauma. Your therapeutic interventions will be aimed at creating a secure environment in which clients can express their feelings and experiences. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• While a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, a demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed care is essential.

• Strong knowledge base regarding trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-focused therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational background. Benefits include:
