Our office operates Monday through Saturday, and as a therapist, you will have the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their unique needs and formulate tailored intervention plans.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments of patients and their families, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical judgment to triage care accordingly.
\n
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members and healthcare professionals regarding patient assessments and treatment plans, participating in regular interdisciplinary meetings and documentation to promote integrated care.

• Demonstrate clinical competence in recognizing and addressing the psychological, educational, and safety needs of clients across various age groups.
\n
• Provide case management for assigned clients, collaborating with other healthcare and community professionals to develop and implement the most effective and comprehensive treatment strategies.
\n
• Ensure timely and ethical completion of clinical documentation in accordance with departmental standards and best practices.
\n
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment methodologies to assist clients in achieving their individualized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. By addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license in Texas as an LMFT , LPC , or LCSW .

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
\n
• Ability to provide therapy sessions ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, accommodating the needs of the clinic and clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
