Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to ascertain the mental health needs of clients, creating tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.

• Work closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure that all aspects of a client’s care are coordinated, addressing both immediate and long-term needs effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services and guidance for clients encountering acute emotional disturbances, employing de-escalation techniques and compassionate support.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
