Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists, to coordinate integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a high level of expertise in managing acute psychological distress.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources throughout the recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards while using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Regularly participate in team meetings, case consultations, and peer supervision to ensure continual professional development and adherence to best practices in trauma care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population includes individuals who are often grappling with trauma histories, including survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and complex trauma. Our focus also extends to clients with diagnoses such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
