Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' full trauma profiles and determine suitable treatment modalities.

• Deliver individual and group therapeutic sessions utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Respond to crisis situations with effective interventions and ongoing support during trauma-related emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary clientele comprises individuals grappling with the effects of trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative symptoms. You will help clients develop coping skills that can be applied in everyday life, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong foundation in trauma-related disorders, informed treatment practices, and resilience-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proficient in the delivery of trauma-focused interventions tailored to the unique needs of the trauma-affected populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
