Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to meet client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who have experienced various forms of trauma. This role requires a nuanced understanding of trauma and its impacts on psychological well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, preferably with a trauma focus.

• Strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Thrive Mental Health Counseling Clinic offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
