Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, using evidence-based methodologies to understand their unique mental health needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their goals and preferences into the therapy process.

• Perform regular sessions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical interventions to guide patients toward recovery and improved mental health.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and client progress ethically and timely, ensuring accuracy and compliance with departmental standards.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams by participating in patient rounds, sharing insights about treatment interventions, and fostering interdisciplinary care approaches.

• Provide case management support, liaising with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
