Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies.

• Implement and adapt various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the diverse mental health issues of clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, providing transparency and clear communication with the client and treatment team.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure well-rounded care and comprehensive support.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery and refine therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
