Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to better understand each client's unique challenges and strengths.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions that address various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain diligent documentation of client progress and session notes through our electronic medical records system, ensuring full compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive support and resources for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.

You will work with a diverse client population representing various demographics and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure and certification; candidates must hold one of the following: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing mental health counseling to individuals from various backgrounds.
