Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing tools and methodologies relevant to adolescent and young adult populations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, thereby facilitating healthy communication and coping strategies among clients.

• Continuously monitor and track clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, as necessary.

• Facilitate crisis intervention for clients in urgent need, ensuring immediate access to support and guidance.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians—to ensure a seamlessly integrated care approach for your clients.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in mental health treatment, participating in training and supervision to continuously enhance your clinical skills.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations, ensuring the integrity of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position serves a diverse group of clients, primarily adolescents and young adults dealing with complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients is essential.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for managing clinical responsibilities and client caseloads efficiently.

• A clean record with no previous disciplinary actions against your license.
