Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns using standardized tools and personalized interviews to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions through teletherapy using proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to establish concrete therapeutic goals and implement strategies to monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, using our electronic health record system.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including workshops and peer consultation sessions, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
