Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you flexibility while you engage with clients. You will operate within a community health clinic framework, providing care that is accessible, responsive, and community-oriented. Your work schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health issues and personal circumstances, utilizing established clinical evaluation tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing diverse therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Work collaboratively with clients to explore various coping mechanisms and life skills aimed at improving their emotional regulation and overall quality of life.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of client records and safeguard information in accordance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA guidelines.

• Regularly engage in clinical supervision and actively participate in case discussions to continuously refine your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.
