This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. You will have access to a variety of digital tools and platforms designed to facilitate client interactions, documentation, and collaboration. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable workday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based methods tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand the specific challenges faced by clients, enabling you to create personalized treatment plans that outline measurable goals.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitating seamless care transitions.

• Continuously update your knowledge of emerging best practices in mental health treatment, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your cultural competence and understanding of socio-economic factors that influence mental health will be crucial in providing effective care and building trust with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and valid California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent) is essential for this position.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals and families in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster relationships both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 , commensurate with experience.
