Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with other members of the care team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, applying de-escalation techniques and mindfulness strategies during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and workshops to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
