Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to inform treatment plans, adapting therapeutic approaches as required.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will engage with a diverse client population, offering services to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field, with an active California licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
