Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bridge Over Troubled Waters, you will work primarily with clients facing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
