Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate individual patient histories and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address the unique needs of each patient in their trauma recovery journey.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop coping skills, and promote emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care that addresses all facets of a patient's well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and timely support for patients during traumatic emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and the resources available to assist in their recovery journey.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focusing on advancements in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role consists of individuals affected by trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and other traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
