Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain sound clinical practices while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect clients' personal health information.

• Engage with clients in therapy sessions to build trust, understanding, and rapport to create an effective therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Empowering Integrated Care Counseling, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
