Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapeutic treatment through evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in individual, group, and family settings.

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with agency requirements and relevant regulations, including treatment plans, outcome assessments, and psychosocial information.

• Participate in weekly supervision meetings with the clinical director or lead therapist to discuss case management, receive feedback, and support your clinical growth.

• Engage with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Foster a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment that encourages patient openness and facilitates healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with children and adolescents, guiding them and their families through various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. The clinic also treats adults, providing a broad exposure to diverse mental health conditions, thus enhancing your professional experience and skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, or social work.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
