Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities in this role are diverse and fulfilling, including but not limited to:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists mainly of adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with a diverse range of clients.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, allowing for efficient client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and caseload.
