Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with us, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments that provide insights into clients' mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address individual goals, focusing on various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions in both one-on-one settings and group therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their challenges and support one another.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Actively engaging in professional development—whether through webinars, workshops, or continuing education courses—to stay ahead of best practices in mental health counseling.

• Providing feedback and suggestions during staff meetings to enhance service delivery, thereby impacting the overall effectiveness of our programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultures, each bringing unique stories and needs. As such, we seek counselors who demonstrate cultural competence and a genuine commitment to understanding and valuing the rich experiences of all clients.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to individuals dealing with emotional hurdles.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to foster relationships with clients in a therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Additional benefits include:
