Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client histories, strengths, and challenges, subsequently designing tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and therapeutic approaches.

• Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions encompassing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics, employing evidence-based practices to promote healing and personal growth.

• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide comprehensive care that enhances each client's therapeutic experience.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, such as attending workshops and participating in peer supervision, to remain current with best practices and advancements in mental health care.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness, working towards improved outcomes for both clients and the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state-issued license and/or certification (such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT), allowing you to practice as a mental health counselor.

• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with clients navigating mental health challenges, demonstrating a strong foundation of therapeutic skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for quick rapport building with clients and demonstrating empathy and understanding in your practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not required, as we strive to maintain organized and efficient patient documentation.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care) will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
