Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals and needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.

• Regularly document client progress using electronic medical records systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and an ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
