This role allows you to work in a remote setting while being part of a close-knit outpatient team. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, providing clinicians with a structured yet flexible scheduling system that accommodates individual lifestyle needs. Your clinical independence will be supported through in-house credentialing and streamlined management of insurance participation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to tailor therapeutic interventions effectively.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning by communicating treatment progress and adjustments during interdisciplinary meetings.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to enhance patient outcomes and assist clients in achieving their individualized service goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services and patient interactions, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

• Provide case management services that facilitate coordination between patients and community resources, enhancing the breadth of care delivered.

• Present in therapy sessions with a focus on addressing clients' physical, psychological, and social elements to promote holistic healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients vary in age from adolescents to adults, and you will tailor your approach based on their unique life experiences and requirements. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold an active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• We expect applicants to demonstrate at least two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.

• Willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as patient needs grow.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial for streamlined documentation and patient management.

• Familiarity with group therapy facilitation or specific therapeutic techniques is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year , reflective of your experience and qualifications.
