Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on each client's needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication during patient rounds and documentation processes, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop and implement individualized service plans for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of New Jersey.

• Willingness to commit to 10 to 40 client sessions per week, with flexibility to adapt your schedule as needed.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
