Work Environment\n

This position will operate in a remote capacity; however, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals in an outpatient office environment. Our facility is open Monday through Saturday, enabling flexibility in scheduling. You will be provided with in-house credentialing, with a focus on optimizing your insurance participation and client scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, families, and groups, to identify areas of concern and establish treatment plans.

• Provide clinical interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to facilitate effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide case management that ensures clients receive comprehensive care.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients and families to support the implementation of individualized service plans.

• Balance a caseload that may require adjustments based on client needs and organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license in New Jersey as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
