Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload, actively establishing therapeutic relationships with each client while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, review upcoming appointments, and prepare for potential discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and actively monitor person-centered treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal obligations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Proficiency with technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
