Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while developing rapport to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, monitor stability, and discuss any necessary adjustments to treatment plans, as well as discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and routinely evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each client.

• Maintain meticulous up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring all records comply with regulatory standards.

• Carry out intake assessments to determine the needs and mental health status of new clients.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and provide guidance based on feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and treatment, ensuring a holistic approach to patient wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating the ability to provide effective therapy.

• Proficient in technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, ensuring efficient administration of client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
