Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license is required—either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)—issued by the state of Washington. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to formulate treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients experiencing mental health challenges.
