Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Our team collaborates closely, utilizing telehealth tools and state-of-the-art technology to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs, utilizing solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and adapt therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches that best serve the client's objectives.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate record-keeping in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure integrated treatment strategies.

• Engage with clients and their families, providing education about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering a supportive network.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance overall care delivery.

• Stay informed about emerging research, trends, and advancements within the mental health field, applying relevant findings to clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
